It is you who does not satisfy the GPL.
You must distribute with a GPL.
A GPL with additional restrictions is not a GPL.
Obligations which you attempt to impose on others
are not obligations imposed on you.
You must distribute with a full, complete, unmodified GPL.
Otherwise, "you may not distribute the programme at all."
