I do not know Sveasoft at all...

DistroCorp could distribute Linux under GPL, plus its own code under a 
different license.

DistroCorp could distribute, carelessly or deliberately, Linux plus its 
own code;  then, intitiate legal action regardless of merit, in the 
expectation that a small business or hobbyist would have no resources to 
  reply.  Sort of like a SLAPP suit, or a terrorism persecution, or RIAA 
leaning on kids.
