[oclug] Wine, WineX, Crossover Office

Anybody know really well what these are and can explain it?

I know wine is a free version of the other two.. Wine came first if I'm
not mistaken... WineX is developed more for games while Crossover Office
is developed more for software. Am I correct in this or does WineX
handle software just as well as Crossover Office?

Just looking for some insight
