[oclug] Web Hosting...?

Well, it seems Canaca.com is refusing to honour their 30-day money back
guarantee, what can I do in this case?  I have told them I'll go to
Consumer Protection and alert the newspapers...is there anything else
that I can do?  I want a hosting provider that will help with stuff when
help is needed; and not tell me this cannot be installed or it'll crash
the server.  Yes, that is what Canaca.com told me when I asked them to
install IPBv1.3!
