I read today that Microsoft is going to release "20 pieces of Windows
code" for free in order to comply with it's obligatory requirements:
That's only 17 or 18%. There are supposedly "113 pieces.".

I have no idea what a "piece of code" is. It's also described as a
"protocol", so I rather suspect it is not what we would call source code
to anything important, but a sort of watery API description. But it could
also be snippets of junk. Who knows.
I guess I'll have to mess up my prestine browser cache and go visit
Microsoft's website when they get this up and running to find out :/
