My All in W R128 shows TV OK on Windows but I had to buy a Hauppage card for 
my linux webcam. I was told that they have the same TV chip but that ATI  has 
"tightly integrated it"  and nobody couild figure it out.

That was several years ago, maybe sombody has written a L driver.
