Well, I have no idea.
I would use a file manager to look for instructions on the CD.
Something called INSTALL or README, perhaps. Try reading it and
following the instructions.
Maybe there's a program on the CD called setup.sh or something like
that. Try running it.
If you're still stumped, like "What's a file manager" or "How do I get
to the CD-ROM drive?", let us know :-).

It might not work... Like, Civ:CTP up there might require newer
libraries than are available under Corel Linux. Corel Linux is, well,
old.
The good news is, I'm pretty sure Corel Linux can be upgraded to Debian
Sid :-D.
