Shell access for web sites is probably not that helpful.  I would guess
it wouldn't be worth more than, say, $2/month.

I have shell access for my web site, but I never use it.  I do all the
changes to my web site locally and then use Rsync to upload it.

A recursively-uploading FTP program (LFTP?) is an okay replacement for
Rsync, but Rsync over SSH is leeter.
