[oclug] telnet/ssh Usage Question

Here's a question for you.  If you were to purchase a web-hosting
package how important would shell access be to you? Outside of the
convenience and power that we all enjoy on our own systems, that is.

If the option were made available to you, would you pay extra for it
telnet/ssh access or the non-availability of telnet a deal breaker for
you.

In my conversations with various people who have purchased webhosting
services, I'm getting conflicting information. I'd just to get some more
data on this subject, out of curiosity.
