[oclug] Samba Security Settings

Quite possibly... I just got my docs from doing apt-get install
samba-doc and use it from the help buttons in SWAT. I never knew about
smbpasswd. I saw reference to it in the docs but they never really
explained it. I should get a new howto for this project...
