Definitely. In my previous post Netscape wasn't meant to be an example of
a window manager (WM) what won't allow interactive access to the box -
that was xsnow[1] ;)
The biggest problem using netscape as the WM was the lack of framing on
dropdown menus, etc. In that particular case I ended up using fvwm2 as
the WM to do framing but offered no options (netscape being started
automatically through .xsession).

[1] At a Humbug meeting (http://www.humbug.org.au) I connected my video
card to a _huge_ display in the lecture room where the meeting was being
held and started xearth and and xsnow (sans Santa or trees). It looked
really good, particularly with the lights off :)
