I did not get any polite reminders that my account was late so the threat to 
collect was a complete surprise. Then they tell me that the support for RH8 
ends this year. 

When i tried to upgrade 7.3 to 8, the libs got messed up so I had to install 
RH 8. So I'm hesitant to upgrade 8 to 9.

do you read the fine print on all your contracts?
