That's OK Dana, I thought about your situation when they made that
announcement.
NOW I think you have something very legitimate and very serious to
complain about. I would do so very loudly, but the place to do so is
still Red Hat's customer service department. The issue is, they had to
have known about their pending service announcement before hand.
Therefore, their previous communication with you would be tantamount to
extortion - to wit, they threatened your credit rating in order to
coerce you into paying for a service that *they* had no intention of
fulfilling.
