IE doesn't properly support CSS, even some of the basic properties.
Check out http://www.meyerweb.com/eric/css/edge/ for some pretty cool
examples of what CSS can do. Look at the examples in both Mozilla and
IE, and you'll see that IE doesn't render the pages properly.
There's also my site (still in its infancy) which is entirely formated
with CSS (XHTML and CSS are validated). I only use common CSS
properties, but IE butchers it while Mozilla, Konquerer
and Opera all render it great.
