Mime types, custom menu editor, custom control center, layout, attractive look
and feel... lots. You really have to know it to begin to see just how far
Mandrake is in overall polish verses any of the others. Combined with its
installer and built in application tool (which allows you to install any package
by clicking on it in the file manager and it will automatically resolve
dependencies) it is just as easy as WinXP and from my understanding easier than
OSX to manage software.

It just does everything well with little fuss and no muss. And looks and works
better than Red Hat by a loooong shot. (and just in case anybody is sitting
there saying "I thought it is a RH clone".. it is not... not even close). As for
Debian, well its not even in the same league (when it comes to the desktop
Debian is minor league) let alone the same playing field. SuSE is close, but its
German flavor comes across quite strong which often does not appeal to me and
Yast is still a bit of a pain IMO.

As always YMMV
