OCLUG didn't have any meetings at Nortel that I can remember.  Nortel
did have its own internal LUG at one point, though... perhaps that's
what you're thinking of?

I suppose that depends on how big "decent" is, and where you're located.
The OPL was chosen because it was centrally located, large enough to
accommodate growth in meeting sizes, and wouldn't require frequent
changes of location (as often occurs with donated space).
