[oclug] Recommendations for .ca domain registrar and/or mail forwarding

Do you know a good .ca domain registrar and/or hosting service? I want 
to register a domain for e-mail purposes only and would welcome 
recommendations. If you are personally in the registration and/or 
hosting business, please e-mail me directly off list.

My criteria are in descending order of importance:
1. reliable service
2. forwarding of incoming e-mail to a specified PoP mailbox
3. low cost
4. more than one e-mail address
5. smooth transition to add Web site space when/if customer wishes it
6. interface which allows customer (rather than ISP) to add/change 
e-mail addresses or alter forwarding
7. webmail facility

For several years, I have used the free mail forwarding service 
offered by ottawa.com. Nothing was more descriptive of who and where 
I am than bruceDOTmillerATottawaDOTcom. Unfortunately, that service 
has run into technical problems and was about to be terminated in 
eight weeks anyway.
