[oclug] configuring Pine centrally

Does anyone out there have administrative experience configuring Pine
for many users?  I'm getting a bit lost in the plethora of options.

I'm investigating Pine for National Capital Freenet to use with our imap
server.  My two major requirements are:
  - limit file system access to ~/work
  - disable shell access altogether.
