Best practice would be to make this change in the m4 file and generate a
new .cf. This is left as an exercise for the reader.
 Each end may have 2, 3 or 4 mail hops internally (rarely more). In
addition you need to cover the situation where the mail passes through
backup MXs, and leave a few entra just to be sure. Actually, I have a
feeling the RFCs may well define a recommended minimum but I don't know
what it is offhand.
 ie, I can't recall the exact line to do this off the top of my head
and don't have time to look for it right now :)
