[oclug] standard file format for UML diagrams

Anyone know if there's a standard file format to save UML diagrams?  I'm
working on a group project for a course and we need to draw many UML diagrams
but we're using incompatible programs to create them (It doesn't help that the
other three are on Windows and I'm on Linux).  If there was a standard file
format for UML, and if there were both Windows and Linux applications that can
work with the format, it would our lives much simpler.
