    In fact it is, which is why I gave Emacs21 a really good looksee.
While I like it, I still find Vim superior. Thanks to fixes in both
Emacs and cperl-mode, Perl coding in Emacs21 is now tolerable. tramp is
an awesome package, but there are still too many bugs in Emacs' various
modes.
