I should also say, the icons on your taskbar are hard coded to open the
way they do.  You can start Konqueror on any webpage you want by passing
it the URL in commandline.  To do that, edit the icon properties (right
click the icon) and in the Execute tab, remove the 
--profile webbrowsing
and replace it with the URL you want it to open at.
