[oclug] window managers

Is a window manager responsible for drawing the window resize thingy in 
the bottom right corner?
I'm trying out icewm (I haven't used a wm by itself before) and I hate 
that resize are is so small.
I find it hard to place the mouse properly.
I would prefer it to be the size of the close button.
