[oclug] rpm and obsoleted packages

If you got that, then package B was never uninstalled by A. I'd
double-check the obsoletion of B via A with rpm's --obsoletes flag.
I originally found this with the rpm that ships with 7.3. Umm,
bash-2.05a$ rpm -q rpm
rpm-4.0.4-7x.18
