I have no idea about this, and I prefer to leave it to the
courts to decide. My beef right now is that SCO is threatening
people in the Linux community with law suits without having yet
provided proof of their claims. This is blackmail; this is a
smear campaign; this is extortion. This is unacceptable IMO.

Do you honestly have the impression SCO is dealing in "good
faith"?
