Apologies to the list and other participants. I should have stated case closed 
of rme. In other words, I have no interest in this dispute, I have no 
qualification to assess it other then review and comment on tertiary 
information provided by third parties, and  for me personally its a waiste of 
preciouse time to discuss it. The time for me at least to get involved in 
this issue is after it is settled in the courts or other wise as part of a 
post mortum, lessons learned exercise. 

I do apologize for raising this issue and not being clear that the case is 
closed for me personally. YMMV of course.
