I have to admit to being fairly flabbergasted by this whole
affair.  AFAIK nothing that SCO has alleged so far has been
proven; it's all just talk.  And yet, on the basis of 'just
talk', they can begin to threaten and intimidate people with law
suits right left and centre?  Is it also incumbent then on those
being sued to prove their innocence, or is SCO required to prove
the truth of their statements before they can sue?

It's like M$, er SCO, has manufactured a new license for Linux
out of thin air by simply waving a wand and saying "This is so".
