I think it is just the same FUD.  They have been claiming the "enterprise"
components of Linux are their's for some time.  They are yet to provide
proof and this article is no different.  Big on claims, small on
specifics.

Give us source code files, specific references and proof the code came
from Unixware, then we'll talk.

As far as I can tell this article is just a rehashing of things that have
been said over the last 6 weeks or so.
