    The configuration question depends on whether tcpserver is being
used to wrapper qmail, which it really should be, for maximum security
and control. 

    I already pointed-out two links to the qmail documentation on this,
but...

    echo foo.com >> /var/qmail/control/rcpthosts

    That should do it, depending on your tcpserver configuration. This
basically tells qmail on second.com to accept mail for foo.com.
