i would guess that linux users in general don't like the idea of someone else 
doing the install for them.  i mean, isn't that what linux is all about?  
setting up everything in *your* own way rather than making do with what the 
store did on your computer?  assuming that linux geeks don't like spending 
the cash is quite the jump i think.
