I did something similar to this before - but it's been a while.
As I recall, I found a converter that went from OE to something Netscape
could import.  Then I exported from Netscape as a standard mailbox format so
I could import it into Kmail.  It worked pretty well - it retained folder
layout etc.  Try a google search on dbx convertor or similar and you should
come up with something...  If not drop me a note and I'll see if I still
have a copy of whatever it was I used.
