[oclug]Ximian import from outlook express

I'm currently in the process of changing most of my office's desktops
from m$windows 98 to Mandrake 8.2.  (Hopefully within 1 -2 weeks only 3
windows boxes left for simply accounting and Arcview out of 30
workstations).

Most users currently use outlook express 6 (not outlook I already have
everyone weened off m$office and using OOo) which saves mail and contact
info as .dbx files.  Ximian will import .mbx files (outlook express 4). 
Is there a plug in for ximian to handle .dbx or does anyone know of a
filter to convert .dbx to .mbx???
