Bill, while making some valid points, does not however speak for all of
us. Some of us do not mind MS related questions because MS is
inextricably tied to computing and Linux is about computing and OCLUG is
about learning it.

We also know that there are times when a person will ask questions prior
to doing research simply to get pointers to documentation on the topic
of interest as often they have no idea where to start - particularly -
if they are migrating from the well organized Windows world to the
seemingly chaotic and often arcane Linux world.

To answer your question, yes there are scripts available to convert MS
Access DB's to just about any format supported by Linux or other OSs.
Your best bet for an OO.org front end from my experience though is JDBC
or ODBC as converting to Dbase or delimited text will likely break most
of the DB if it is at all complex.

When it comes to scripts a good place to start is

Welcome to OCLUG.
