Thanks, Alain.  Those are very good.

But we would really like to hear more, everyone.  This is your chance to
shape the discussion of the BOSS panel.  What do you see as
important--or even not so important--issues regarding the use of 
(F|FL| |^)OSS in business and government?  And there are no bad or
incorrect questions for BOSS.  :-)
