2)What are the support infrustruture available to buisness to attempt to
overcome these obsticles?
3)Convince me how switching to open source software will help my business?

Hi everyone.

We need lots of good questions for the moderator (Dan York :) of BOSS' panel
discussion to ask the panelists.  Put them in what you think is
most-important to least-important order.  BOSS' topic is "the
introduction and/or [em|de]ployment of open source software in business
environments," where "business environments" also includes
governance/civil service, and means any kind of deployment -- desktop,
server, cluster, whatever.
