Open ControlPanel/Network, select the "TCP/IP" item for the ethernet
card, and click "Properties". Edit the IP address. The netmask should
be 255.255.255.0.
Then I expect you'll have to reboot. (BTW you can fiddle the routing
table manually in a DOS box using route.exe, if necessary, but it's
probably not worth the trouble.)

I'm not completely clear on your setup, but I assume you had a local
class C network address of 192.168.0; so if you fix the IP in Windows
you should be back to normal.
