[oclug]Konq and PHP Nuke

Seems that most issues are quickly addressed, but Butraq is not always
aware of all the fixes it would appear. Bugtraq has no advisories listed
for PHPNuke either. PHPSecure has only the same issue listed. Google
only turns up the one as well. Though the bug is rather nasty, it is
easily fixed.
