[oclug]file manager

Hi again all,
I'm looking for a file manager which looks and works like Explorer in
Windows. Yes, I know it's sacrilegious to want such things when the
command line is so powerful, but I want one anyway. ;-)

I've tried Midnight Commander, File Runner, XFtree and Nautilus, but I
still miss Explorer. I don't have KDE installed, but I do have Gnome
installed, though I use either XFce, which I like, and IceWM, which I
also like. Any suggestions?
