Wasn't this supposed to be a selling point of the Apple G4 Cube?  Yet people
made 'toaster' jokes.  All the Macs I've used have been nice and quiet.  The
lower heat output of the RISC chip I suppose.  Of course, the CDRom in the
first generation iMacs sounded like the CD was about to be propelled through
the case back at you....
