[oclug]Menus in XFce

Hi all,
I use Mandrake's v. 9.0 distro and one of the things I like
is the consistency of the menus across various desktops and window
managers. However, when it comes to XFce, Mandrake has failed
miserably in standardizing the menus.

Is there a way to build a menu for XFce using some kind of program, or
script? I don't want to have to hack a whole menu by hand, uness I
really have to. Has anyone who uses XFce with Mandrake 9.0 come across
something like this?
