Actually Milan, I even followed your saga with citt with interest.  I was a 
consultant at one of the agencies involved - although in a different project 
than the one your company had bid on.  At any rate, I have nothing but the 
highest regard for you and others who have found themselves in a situation of 
discrimination because they proposed non-microsoft solutions, and fought the 
(government purchasing) system.
