Well, use procmail, scan for the 'Received: from' header, and dump
mail from the banned IP addresses.  You *will* need some funky regular
expressions, but that's left as an exercise for the reader.  Works
like a charm. :-)

Aggregation is a late arrival in the grand scheme of things.  In the
good ole days, the IANA gave out IP addresses willy-nilly.  IPv6 will,
of course, fix this.  :-) :-) :-)
