Hi all,
I'm trying to get the spell checker to work with Sylpheed-claws
(0.8.5), but I'm not having any luck so far. When I open up the common
preferences dialog box and click the spellcheck tab, I see a box with
the spell checker path, which is set to /usr/lib/aspell. That seems to
be right, as far as I can tell, because this directory holds at least
two doctionaries with word lists.
There's another box just below that which is for choosing the
default dictionary, but it says "none" and when I click that I get no
other choice but "none." How can I get Sylpheed to recognize a default
dictionary?
Whenever I open up a composer window, I get an error message: "Spell
checker cannot be started" and "No word lists could be found for the
dictionary 'no'." That would the the "no' in "none' I imagine. Has
anyone gotten his spell checker to work with Sylpheed-claws?
