I think you're looking for a theme... http://themes.freshmeat.net may
have what your looking for. Failing that you can make your own.I believe
there's a KDE app for that.. Just use regular freshmeat to find out.

 Why you'd want something to look like Motif is beyond me... maybe to
keep your kids off your PC? :)
