[oclug][OT] Perl CGI

CGI.pm is pretty damn cool.  but it is rather large.  it handles the over 
complicated stuff, like file uploading, form processing etc. and it was built 
so you don't have to load the entire module into your script, so for my 
money, i think it's worth it.
