[oclug]ISPs

I'm doing an ISP poll again.  I'm looking for comments on Residential ISPs
from people that do uptime monitoring.  I'm also looking for comments from
people that use their ISP heavily with interactive connections, such as
ssh sessions.

So, while I do appreciate comments, they will be without merit unless they
are based on several months of observation of the above, at least.  

People using their ISP to work from home will understand my concern over
such matters.  Intermittent connections, downtime at 4am, all this things
are to be avoided and make an ISP useless.

Magma is a good ISP, but I am looking for something less service
orientated.  They have incredible customer service, dialup, multiple
emails, newsgroups, but I require none of the above.  Hopefully I can find
an ISP that cuts this fat off, and just gives me a pipe.  A consistent,
reliable pipe that is above 99.9% uptime.
