What you want really is a script of somekind to do this... but, if you
want to get fancy, you could try this app I just found:

The site seems to be borked right now, but hopefully it will come back.
I was just there yesterday.

It's a neat app. Basically you can alter the names, and other attributes
of your oggs. Now I realize that you've mentioned MP3's, but maybe this
app works with MP3's too?
