I take it you mean likely.  Most ad companies are unaware of what text is
in the article.  After all, Rogers could mean Rogers sugar, coffee, or any
number of things.

Targeting is usually done via cookie info, or via category (that is, a
numerical code that indicates this is a tech or financial page).
