Most ads are dynamically displayed.  The can contain javascript, flash,
java, php, and whatever else someone desires.  They can read cookies, and
based on what they find tailor the ad to you more specifically.

In other words, it's unlikely anyone else will see the same ad (unless
they are targeted like you, or the ad rotation is quite small).
