(Now there's an understatement.  Changing e-mail addresses?  They think that was all they caused?)

Story also claims that it's the same as Sympatico suc... sorry again, customers have been paying, and that it's lower than US cable customers pay.  Right.  But US cable customers get twice the bandwidth (I've seen it), and their cable company techies generally know how to configure DHCP and mail servers too. (saw that too!)
